How time flies¡¡ It has been a year since my first post. My blog has changed and grown in so many ways since then, as have I.

And all of you who read and follow me, have made this such a wonderful experience.
I have met a lot of great people with interests like mine who brought happines to my life at the time I needed most. 
Como vuela el tiempo ¡¡ Ya pasó un año desde que publique mi primera entrada. Mi blog ha cambiado y ha crecido de tantas maneras desde ese dia, lo mismo que yo. Y todos ustedes que me leen y me siguen han hecho que esto sea una experiencia maravillosa.
Conocí a tantas personas grandiosas con intereses similares a los mios que trajeron felicidad a mi vida en los momentos que mas lo necesitaba.

 I'm so grateful for sharing with you this adventure that allow me to grow as a person, I`m sure I made some mistakes on the way, but what I learned from all this is that we all have something to learn from one another.

Estoy uy agradecida por compartir con ustedes esta aventura que me permitió crecer como persona, estoy segura que cometí algunos errores en el camino, pero lo que aprendí de todo esto es que todos tenemos algo que aprender de los otros.

"Sleepy Dolls"

Hi, well I've just finished some dolls for the smallest members of the family.

They are Alejo, Nicolas, Javier and Alex.

I think they are going to like them.

Bueno, pues acabo de terminar unos muñecos para los miembros  mas pequeños de la familia.

Ellos son Alejo, Nicolas, Javier y Alex.

Creo que les van a encantar.

 I made them specially, without stuffing it to much, so the dolls remains very soft and huggable, in case the boys wants to sleep with them.

As you see they are little guys in her pajamas and with their pillows ready to sleep.

Los hice especialmente para ellos, sin rellenarlos demasiado, para que queden suaves y abrazables por si los niños quieren dormir con ellos.

Como ven son pequeños muñecos en pijamas y con sus almohadas listos para ir a dormir.

Yeahh ¡¡¡ Four less presents to go...

Hi, I've been working in my christmas presents, this year I'm planning to give presentes all made by me. So now I start with some dolls. Next I'm going to do some cross stitch and, I don't know what else. Time will say...

This is a photo of what I'm working on now, the final result is going to be post after christmas, when everybody allready get their presents.

Hola, he estado trabajando en mis regalos navideños, ya que estoy planeando regalar este año puros regalos hechos por mí.

Empecé con unas muñecas,luego haré un poco de punto de cruz y aún no se que mas.

El tiempo dirá...

Esta es una foto de lo que estoy haciendo ahora. El resultado final lo postearé despues de navidad, ya que todos hayan recibido sus regalos.

I'm doing my first intent on cloth doll's face sculping.

My two old people are'n perfect but I'm loving them. I know that they are going to be gorgeus when I dress them.

Como pueden ver en la foto, estoy haciendo mi primer intento esculpiendo en tela las caras de mis muñecas.

Mis dos viejitos no estan perfectos, pero me estan encantando. Se que se veran grandiosos cuando les ponga sus ropas.

I had finish this Santa, I liked him  at the moment I saw him, because he isn't the usual red dressed one and his long hat is just great.

Terminé este Santa ,me gustó desde el momento que lo ví, porque no es el común vestido de rojo y su sombrero largo está grandioso.

He is made of muslin, his nose is sculped, his hair is white yarn and his boots are painted.

Esta hecho de muslin, su nariz esta esculpida, su pelo es de estambre blanco y sus botas son pintadas.

So he is ready and waiting for christmas...

Así que está listo y esperando que llegue la navidad

MARAVILLOSA SORPRESA

Maybe you remember for a previous post my niece Adriana. I shared with you that she asked me for help to make her husband a Patchwork Quilt.
Like all the proud teachers, I want to share with you how is this going.
It is a beautiful quilt and she almost finish the hand quilting.
I always loved memory quilts and the colors and combinations of this are really great.
Great Job Adriana !!!!

A lo mejor recuerden de una entrada anterior a mi sobrina. Adriana. Ella me pidió ayuda para hacerle a su marido una colcha de Patchwork.
Como cualquier maestra orgullosa quiero compartirles como va. Es una colcha hermosa y ya casi termina todo el acolchado a mano.
Siempre me han gustado las colchas de recuerdos y los colores y combinaciones de esta son maravillosos.

Christmas Tree Ornaments

Adornos para el árbol de Navidad

As you can see, I can't help it, i just love raggedies. So I did a couple of them for my christmas Tree. They are very small, about 8", made of muslin, with embroidered face, red yarn hair and painted shoes. Andy's clothes are red and blue and Annie's are in a beautiful printed red. I can't wait to see both hanging in my Tree.

Como ven no lo puedo evitar, adoro estas muñecas. Así que me hice un par de raggedies para adornar mi arbolito de Navidad. Son pequeñas, como 20 cm, hechas de muslin, con su carita bordada, pelo rojo de estambre y zapatitos pintados. La ropa de Andy es roja y azul y la de Annie es una linda tela roja estampada. No puedo esperar para verlos colgando de mi árbol.

Hi today I want you to know my two new raggedy babies.

Saludos, hoy quiero que conoscan mis dos bebes raggedy nuevos.

They are Raggedy Annie and Raggedy Andy, as you see they are very sweet and lovable.

Ellos son Raggedy Annie y Raggedy Andy, como ven son muy dulces y adorables.

I really love  the soft colors I choosed for their clothes, they are such baby colors.

Me encantaron los colores suaves que escogí para sus ropas, son colores adecuados para bebe.
